The distant future. In a post-apocalyptic world, where, as a result of a series of global catastrophes, the once prosperous territories of the globe have turned into almost lifeless wastelands, ordinary settlements have been replaced by moving megacities of enormous size, "wandering" around the planet, and leading a confrontation among themselves for the ever-shrinking resources necessary for the existence of people.

In London, the most powerful and largest moving city, lives an inconspicuous Tom Natsworthy. The guy never crossed the city border, lived following strict rules. One day, fate brings an inquisitive Tom with a mysterious girl named Esther Shaw. A mysterious, determined stranger is going to make every effort to stop the "predatory" London, which devours other cities that come in its way.
